All DirtyPanties.com models or sellers ("Models") are obligated to complete our verification process upon registering for a Seller Account. The verification process is based on the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle and is carried out by the DirtyPanties.com “Compliance Team”.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to any content showing minors, showing individuals without their consent, incites or promotes any kind of violence, is discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene.

b) Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

To create an account, you will need to provide an active email address and select a password. Account holders are responsible for the security of their email and password information. Account holders must notify DirtyPanties.com at once if they suspect their account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or if they are concerned their account is no longer secure.

We recommend that users log out of their account at the end of each visit in order to help keep it secure.

In order to register and create a Buyer or Seller account, personal information will be requested. Those creating Buyer accounts can use their account to communicate with Sellers browse Seller content and buy Seller content.

b) Seller accounts

Those creating Seller accounts can use their account to create a Creator profile and storefront. Seller accounts can be used to promote products, communicate with Buyers, sell products, and receive payment for those sales.

Those registering for an account on this website confirm that:

• They are of legal age to do so.
• They are able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• They agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by DirtyPanties.com.
• Will not violate any laws in accessing the site.
• Will not use bots or other tools to access the website.

• Taking Content from a Seller or other Seller account and presenting it as your own, without their written consent.
• Submitting false information including false personal information for account verification.
• Submitting fake or malicious support tickets or making false or malicious reports.
• Posing as someone affiliated with DirtyPanties.com.
• Advertising or promoting any other website or service.
